Shipping Policy

We ship to destinations available at checkout. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether shipping is available and to review the applicable shipping charge before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. These are estimates; the delivery time shown at checkout may vary by destination, product, and shipping method.

We will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Shipping charges and customs fees

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer’s responsibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Delays and address issues

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, or it arrives damaged, email OverlockGoudeau16@outlook.com with your order number. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
